In addition to all the elements we introduced in 2011, we've added several new campaign elements including a simplified direct mail postcard, window and floor decals, and graphics for your credit union's Facebook page and YouTube channel.

How can my credit union participate?

  1. Download and complete the CreditMaster® Order Form and License Agreement.
  2. E-mail or fax these documents to the Marketing & Creative Services department (contact details below).
  3. We send you an estimate for approval (including any additional elements, special customization or printing requested, if applicable).
  4. We send you proofs of your chosen elements, highlighting the areas that your credit union can customize.
  5. You send us the customized details.
  6. We update the campaign elements and send proofs to you for final approval.
  7. After your approval, we provide you with final print-ready files or we send them to the printers (if you would like us to manage your print job).

FAQ's

How long can I use the marketing materials?

  • The license agreement allows you to use the CreditMaster® campaign for up to 12 months, starting from the day your campaign launches. Want to run it again? No problem. You can renew their license agreement for 50% of the initial purchase price.

How many elements can I choose?

  • The number of elements is outlined by the pricing chart below. If you require more elements than indicated below, you can purchase additional ones for an additional fee.

How much does it cost?

  • The cost to participate in the program is based on your credit union's asset size and is detailed below. Note that every campaign includes usage rights to the CreditMaster® promotional video and the MDI video website template, in additon to the other elements you can choose from.

What if I am just renewing my license?

How long does it take to get the elements after I place my order?

  • This campaign is ready to go, so the elements can be updated and ready for print within a matter of days. We will work with you to identify and meet your timelines.

Can I customize the materials?

  • Most of the elements can be customized with your credit union logo and information. If you require further customization, contact us for a quote.

Do you print the materials too? Or do I need to organize that myself?

  • We are flexible to do whatever works best for you.  If you would like to manage your own printing, we can send you print-ready files.  Or we can send you a
