The Marketing & Research Department of Central 1 Credit Union and its employees are committed to delivering quality, relevant, affordable and timely marketing and research services. When credit unions seek our services, they will know what level of service to expect through the specific service standards set by the Department. The Internet has provided an opportunity to provide information about our services and ability to provide a warehouse of information which is accessible by every credit union in British Columbia. Credit unions have the right to expect their queries, concerns and suggestions to be assessed promptly, carefully and accurately, avoiding delays and mistakes. Credit unions also expect timely service. Credit unions understand that quality service takes time and must be balanced with a careful use of the resources available. We will indicate how long your project will take and when you can expect your project to be completed.
Credit unions need to know what services are available and the cost of those services in order to assess their value. Clients will be provided with the information they require to make informed decisions and choices.
When credit unions use the Marketing & Research Department’s services, they will be treated in a fair and courteous manner regardless of asset size. All credit union employees will be treated equally and with respect. Senior employees of the department will always be available within a reasonable period to answer queries and respond to concerns raised by credit unions and clients.
Credit unions want to be sure that they receive full value for their dues funded projects as well as custom marketing services provided by the Department. All dues funded projects will be undertaken with the appreciation that every credit union must benefit from the service proposed and implemented. Credit unions which employ the custom marketing and research services made available by the Department can be assured that they will receive high quality, cost efficient services delivered on time and within budget.
The Department will regularly seek credit unions’ views on what works well and what needs to be improved. If credit unions wish to complain, it will be effective and easy to do. If an error was made, the Department will work to set things right. The Marketing & Research Department welcomes credit unions’ suggestions and concerns as they represent the opportunity for improvement.
